Shipping & Returns

U.S.A. Shipping 

KaiAloha Supply has a standard flat rate shipping fee of $10. We offer free domestic shipping on all orders over $100. Customers are responsible for additional fees when processing a return or exchange. After placing an online order, you will receive an email confirmation for your reference, followed by a tracking number once your order is fulfilled. We strongly advise you to reference this in order to receive a more accurate ETA for your package.

 

International Shipping 

KaiAloha Supply offers international shipping, but shipping fees vary depending on location. KaiAloha Supply does not cover the cost of international shipping fees, additional customs or duty taxes, or any fees associated with returns and exchanges. International customers must cover these costs. Pricing is calculated for you at checkout upon inputting your information. After placing an online order, you will receive an email confirmation for your reference, followed by a tracking number once your order is fulfilled. We strongly advise you to reference this in order to receive a more accurate ETA for your package.

 

Returns 

Customers are responsible for return shipping labels and fees. Returns must be shipped back in new condition within 14 days after receiving your item(s). All items must be in new condition and original packaging, tags attached, item(s) unworn, unwashed, unused (no perfume, no animal hair, no makeup, no deodorant marks, no stains). All hats and stickers are final sale and cannot be returned. We accept returns for online purchases only. We do not accept returns on purchases made in one of our retail stores. All returns should be confirmed via email first before you send out your package -- all packages incorrectly shipped or have not been reviewed and confirmed prior, is not valid for further processing. Once we’ve received your return package and completed inspection, we will notify you whether or not your return is approved and inform you of your refund status. Please note that a refund on your original payment method will be issued within 7 business days and can take additional time to reflect on your bank account. Exchanges  

KaiAloha Supply only offers size exchanges on purchases made online. We do not offer exchanges on purchases made at one of our retail stores. Customers are responsible for return shipping labels and fees. If you want to process a size exchange, the item(s) must be shipped back in new condition within 14 days after receiving your item(s). Delivery Disclaimer 

KaiAloha Supply is not responsible for lost packages or failed deliveries. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct shipping address when placing an order online. In the case that you submit an incorrect address, please email us right away at aloha@kaialohasupply.com to request the necessary changes. We will do our best to catch the correction, but cannot guarantee changes are made before we fulfill your order. If there are any damages to your package, delays to your package, or a confirmed delivery but you have not received the package, please contact the providing mail carrier before contacting KaiAloha Supply. KaiAloha Supply is not responsible for packages in the process of shipment to its destination. After placing an online order, you will receive an email confirmation for your reference, followed by a tracking number once your order is fulfilled. Upon receiving your order, please inspect and contact KaiAloha Supply via email immediately if an item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item (photos required).
