Shipping & Returns

U.S. Shipping

  • $10 flat rate shipping on all U.S. orders.
  • Free shipping on orders over $100.
  • You'll receive an email confirmation after placing your order, followed by a tracking number once it's shipped.
  • Customers are responsible for return/exchange shipping fees.


International Shipping

  • We ship worldwide! Shipping fees vary by location and are calculated at checkout.
  • Customers are responsible for all shipping costs, customs, duties, and return/exchange fees.
  • After placing an order, you'll receive an email confirmation and a tracking number once your order ships.
  • We recommend using your tracking number for the most accurate delivery estimate.

Returns

  • Returns must be sent back within 15 days of receiving your order. 
  • Items must be in new condition, with original packaging and tags attached. Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in their original packaging with tags attached (no perfume, animal hair, makeup, deodorant marks, or stains). If you send items back to us and goes against these requirements, we will not fulfill or honor your inquiry. No exceptions. 
  • Hats, towels, and stickers are final sale and cannot be returned.
  • We only accept returns for online purchases—not for items bought in-store.
  • Customers cover return shipping fees.
  • Before sending a return, email us first at aloha@kaialohasupply.com with the subject: Your Order # | Return
  • Refunds are processed within 7 business days after return approval but may take extra time to appear in your account. 


Exchanges 

  • We only offer size exchanges for online purchases. We do not offer exchanges on purchases made at one of our retail stores.
  • Exchanges must be shipped back within 15 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be in new condition, with original packaging and tags attached. Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in their original packaging with tags attached (no perfume, animal hair, makeup, deodorant marks, or stains). If you send items back to us and goes against these requirements, we will not fulfill or honor your inquiry. No exceptions.

  • Customers cover exchange shipping fees.

Delivery Disclaimer 

  • We are not responsible for lost packages or failed deliveries.
  • Double-check your shipping address before placing an order. If you need to make a correction, email us ASAP at aloha@kaialohasupply.com—we’ll try our best to update it before shipping but can't guarantee changes.
  • If your package is damaged, delayed, or marked as delivered but not received, contact the shipping carrier first before reaching out to us.
  • If you receive a wrong, damaged, or defective item, email us immediately with photos for assistance.
