A Day at the Beach with AccesSurf

Nothing beats a Saturday spent by the ocean, especially when it’s spent giving back. This past weekend, our KaiAloha Supply employee, Gabby, represented the KaiAloha Supply team at AccesSurf’s monthly Day at the Beach, lending a helping hand to support adaptive water sports in our community.

AccesSurf is an incredible non-profit organization dedicated to empowering individuals with physical and cognitive disabilities through adaptive water sports and therapeutic beach activities. Their monthly Day at the Beach events bring together participants, families, and dedicated volunteers for a day of ocean joy, freedom, and connection.

Greeting Smiles at the Check-In Booth

Gabby spent her weekend volunteering at the Participant Check-In Booth, serving as one of the very first welcoming faces to greet athletes, families, and newcomers as they arrived (Image courtesy of Talia Machado).

From handing out registration packets and answering questions to ensuring every participant felt supported and excited for their time in the ocean, Gabby’s warm energy set a positive tone for the entire morning. A smooth check-in process lets athletes focus on what matters most: enjoying the water safely and celebrating their independence.

Living the Spirit of KaiAloha Supply

Supporting organizations like AccesSurf aligns directly with KaiAloha Supply’s commitment to ocean accessibility, community care, and local outreach (Image Courtesy of Talia Machado). A huge mahalo to AccesSurf for hosting another unforgettable Day at the Beach, and to Gabby for exemplifying what KaiAloha Supply is all about!
