The 2026 KaiAloha Supply Summit on Oʻahu
At KaiAloha Supply, our strength lies in our people and our shared passion for the ocean. On April 29th and 30th, we held our 2026 Leadership Summit on Oʻahu, bringing our Maui and Oʻahu teams together for two days of connection, growth, and community impact.
Led by our Director of Store Operations, Karen, and our Maui District Manager, Christiane, the summit gathered our Store Managers and Assistant Store Managers from across the islands. These summits are a vital part of our culture; a time to step away from the storefronts, align our vision, and bring ocean love to the forefront of everything we do.
A Mission for the Next Generation: Nā Kama Kai

The highlight of this year’s summit was welcoming our guest speaker, Maleko Lorenzo, from Nā Kama Kai (Image courtesy of Mariana Markouizos). As a non-profit deeply rooted in the islands, Nā Kama Kai’s mission resonates perfectly with our own: the belief that the ocean belongs to everyone.
Maleko spoke passionately about the organization’s dedication to ocean safety for keiki (children) and the critical importance of conservation. By empowering the next generation with the skills to navigate and respect the ocean safely, they are ensuring the health of our waters for years to come.
Deepening Our Partnership

KaiAloha Supply has long been a supporter of Nā Kama Kai’s Ocean Clinic events, and we were honored to further that commitment during the summit. We are proud to announce a $2,000 donation to Nā Kama Kai to support their life-changing, keiki education programs (Image courtesy of Mariana Markouizos).
For us, giving back isn’t just a corporate responsibility, it’s a way to honor the communities that sustain us. Seeing our store leaders from different islands collaborate on ways to better serve our local neighborhoods was a powerful reminder of why we do what we do.
Moving Forward Together

The 2026 Summit left us feeling inspired and recharged. Whether it’s through the gear we design or the organizations we support, our goal remains the same: to protect the ocean and share the aloha spirit with everyone we meet (Image courtesy of Mariana Markouizos).
A huge mahalo to Maleko and the Nā Kama Kai team for their leadership, and to our incredible store leadership team for their tireless work in making KaiAloha Supply what it is today.
